So, earlier I mentioned the thought of an open-world game where the only vehicles in the game are licensed concept cars.
After that, I thought it would be a good idea to compile a list of vehicles that the Oppo readers would like to see in such a game.
There's a few rules to this.
1. Vehicles would likely be purchasable in futuristic dealerships, including ones for individual brands/companies, so concept cars that are not so realistic to use on a daily basis, even in such a world as where the game would take place in, such vehicles would be unlockable special vehicles and marked as such in the list.
2. Vehicles included will NOT include cars that became real production models or previewed a model that was released soon after.
3. Concept vehicles that are essentially custom versions of existing production models will also NOT be included.
Other than that, any concept vehicle will be allowed, past or present, regardless of it the brand still exists (that means ones from brands like Pontiac, Mercury, AMC, Saturn, etc. are allowed).
This list will grow with brands and cars following suggestions, but here's a few already thought of:
Audi:
- Rosemeyer
BMW:
- M1 Hommage
Cadillac:
- Elmiraj
- Sixteen
Chrysler:
- Firepower
- ME Four-Twelve
Dodge:
- Demon
- Tomahawk
Ford
- 427
- Bronco Concept
- Forty Nine
- GT90
- Interceptor
General Motors
- Firebird I (Special)
Jaguar
- C-X75
Lincoln
- MKR
Nissan
- IDx Freeflow
- IDx Nismo
Porsche
- 965 Prototype

I just jizzed my pantaloons at the thought of driving an MKR, Ford Interceptor, Cadillac Sixteen, and Bronco.

I like the idea!
Top of my head:
Cadillac Elmiraj
Chrysler firepower
Dodge dart (the 2 door roadster from a few years back)
Dodge tomahawk
Ford GT90
BMW M1 hommage (not sure if that's the real name)

Would secret prototypes that were later shown but not released be included?

That depends.
If it's something like the Saab 9-6X prototype, which was directly based on the Subaru Tribeca, no.
If it's just something that wasn't shown until later on but not based on an existing car, yes.

Would any of Porsche or Ferrari's test mules work? Like the car designed to slot between the 911 and the 959 with the Audi V8 in the back.

The 965? I'd say that's borderline, but I guess I'll allow it.

Would the Lamborghini Sesto Elemento count? I noticed you have the CX-75 on your list. They ended up selling a few Elementos to customers for track use but it wasn't ever put into production. Kinda like how Jag sold the 5 or so CX-75s it built to test on to a few lucky millionaires
